Qualified and experienced in Engineering, Process, Lean and Agile, my real passion lies in how I integrate these with logical, systems thinking to solve real problems – recognizing that value is created when problems are solved in ways which matter to customers.

I thrive on exploring and discovering creative and innovative solutions to deliver the what matters for customers – regardless of whether these solutions are a configuration of product and/or service, and whether they are managed, distributed, or sold in the financial or manufacturing sectors. I see the customer holistically and always solve the problem from the perspective of the customer.

  1. UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM

    Apply Systems Thinking to truely understand the complete system and ecosystem, including the current performance of the system.

  2. UNLEARN

    Recognise the management thinking which led to the design of the system and measures, and how they do not align to the real purpose - remove this thinking.

  3. LEARN TO LEARN

    Test and experiement in a controlled environment, to ensure the data is understood without being compromised by the system and/or system conditions.

  4. LEARN TO GROW

    Apply method based on data to grow the proven Proof of Concept for scale and industrialisation, removing system conditions that are barriers and utilising Agile methods for delivery.

  5. SOLVE THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM

    Understand the real customer problem and what matters, and with measures from a customer perspective, use imperical data to guide on solving them perfectly.
